Not only do we use exceptional local Manx produce, but we also source the finest of ingredients available worldwide to create an impressive range of award winning products.
Our sumptuous Christmas Puddings, tantalising Cakes, and heavenly Chocolates have gained an outstanding reputation for both quality and taste. In 2012 & 2013, our Vintage & Traditional Christmas Puddings received the highest of accolades at The Great Taste Awards - the most trusted and recognised awarding body within our industry. As a consequence of this, our Vintage Christmas Puddings were exported to the prestigious Fortnum & Mason Department Store in London in December 2012.

Kathryn oversees our Recipe and Product development. Kathryn ensures that all new products made meet our meticulous high standards. Kathryn also ensures that we are kept up to date with developments within our industry and the most recent food trends.
Her son, Karl Berrie
Karl is our Head Chocolatier/Baker and is responsible for the development and refinement of our fresh chocolates and baked goods. A former pupil of the Richemont Centre of Bakery Excellence, Karl has quickly gained an esteemed reputation for being one of the best Chocolatiers/Christmas Pudding Makers in the United Kingdom. Karl has received numerous industry awards.
